Karin heads up The RealReal’s vendor program, The RealRealB2B, which allows brands and retailers to consign past season or excess inventory, samples, and returns and sell to the company’s 15 million members. Karin also launched The RealReal’s trust and estates program following her role at Sotheby’s managing the sale of its largest trusts, estates and single owner collections. Karin is a graduate of the University of Florida and received her Master's in Business Administration from Yale's School of Management. Her perspective has been featured in a wide variety of publications, including The New Yorker and The Business of Fashion.

Jordan has over 20 years of experience in the commerce industry working directly with executives from consumer brands, telecommunications, media and pharmaceutical companies on their digital marketing and direct to consumer strategies. Jordan has held leadership positions across sales, partnership and business development functions at ATG, Oracle, eBay, Magento, and Shopify.Jordan currently leads the Market Development team at Shopify Plus. Jordan previously built and led the Solutions Engineers, Technology and Agency Partnership programs for Shopify Plus.

Loree earned a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and began her career as a designer and merchant. She segued into digital in 2010, and has held senior roles in retail and technology at companies including WGSN and MyShape. Most recently, Loree headed e-commerce sales at Loree joined JOOR in February, 2020 and is thrilled to bring her deep sales, technology and fashion background into the wholesale digital arena.

Matthew Nastos is the CEO of Maison MRKT, a New York based agency specializing in customer acquisition and growth marketing.  Maison MRKT has optimized customer acquisition campaigns for some of the best retailers and brands including Opening Ceremony, Carolina Herrera, Ulla Johnson, Mara Hoffman, Fivestory NY, DS & DURGA, HAVEN, LoveShackFancy, J. Lindeberg, and many more.  

Matthew has been featured in the New York Times (“These Guys Help Fashion Get The Web”), I-D Magazine (“5 Digital Pioneers Leading Fashion into the Future”), and WWD ("Maison MRKT on the Art and Science of Building Digital Strategies for Fashion Brands") for his work with Maison MRKT.  

Matthew is a graduate of Cornell University’s Fiber Science and Apparel Design program and currently a member of the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council.  He has also served as a mentor to the CFDA's Incubator program and participates as an instructor to the FIT Design Entrepreneurs program.
