He is a recognized expert in men's buyer behavior and the retail environment with nearly 18 years in the industry. Prior, he led men's trend forecasting and analysis at Stylesight, was a fashion director for men's designer collections and contemporary sportswear at Bloomingdale's, worked in men's designer buying at Barneys New York, and started his career in advertising and marketing at Ralph Lauren.

Lizette started her career in the B2B events industry working as Show Director at ENK International for their menswear show, Designers’ Collective. From there, she moved to Business Journals as Advertising Director, where she oversaw business development for MR Magazine, a well-known menswear industry publication. During her time at MR Magazine, Lizette launched the Uptown/Downtown Awards, currently known as the MR Awards, which quickly became the most coveted award event in the menswear industry. Simultaneously in 2008, she launched the MRket show, growing it from a small group of menswear brands to a powerful venue for retailers and manufacturers.

Expanding on her hard work, Lizette became Publisher of MR Magazine in 2014.  Here, she was able to utilize her creative talents to lead a redesign of the publication, which garnered widespread acclaim.
 
In 2016, Lizette had the wonderful opportunity to further branch out within the menswear community by moving over to UBM, with its purchase of Business Journals and then again at Liberty Fair as Vice President of Quest, a special sartorial section within the show.  In 2018, her career came full circle when she rejoined UBM as President of Men’s Fashion, where she currently oversees all aspects of the multi-million dollar men’s portfolio.
