Ken Giddon is the founder and co-owner of Rothmans. He started Rothmans in the late-1980s when he skipped business school in order to restart his ailing grandfather’s business. Many years later, Rothmans is the last large, high-end multi-brand menswear store in New York City. Ken is the father of three and a huge Boston sports fan.

Rick Ravel graduated with a general business degree from BBA University in 1972. Ravel joined the family business in June of 1972 and became president in the early 1980s. He is a Certified Pedorthist.
Ravel has been on the staff of the National Shoe Retailer’s training program, When the Shoe Fits, and lectured at numerous Pedorthic Footcare meetings. He is a former board member of the Pedorthic Footcare Association, and former board member, Vice-Chairperson and Chairperson of the National Shoe Retailer’s Association.

Maggie Tucker is a Nashville native, and the owner/founder of local retail stores magpies baby and magpies girl. Maggie has been featured in Southern Living, Cottage Living, Gift Shop Magazine, and presented with HGTV’s award for top retail merchandising and design. Maggie’s passion centers around people. She employees over 15 women, and never hesitates to partner with entrepreneurs, creatives and charitable organizations within all industries to leverage ideas and talents in an effort to elevate others towards greatness.
